1. Level the support beam fixed to the wall and floor door, then place the lower beam on the support beam, adjust its horizontal deviation to less than 2/1000, and make the distance between the end faces of the guide rails at both ends and the safety card seat consistent, and then stabilize. Elevators with a running speed greater than 1m/s should be equipped with a progressive safety clamp, and the gap between the safety clamp wedge and the side of the track should be basically adjusted. The gap between the wedge and the side of the guide rail is generally 2.3 ~ 2.5 mm.
2. Connect the straight beam with the lower beam, and then adjust the verticality of the straight beam and the crossbeam with a hammer as a reference, so that the vertical deviation of the straight beam in the entire height is not more than 1.5mm, and there must be no distortion.
3. Lift the upper beam and connect it to the straight beam, and adjust the horizontality with a level. The horizontal deviation of the upper part of the crossbeam should be no more than 2/1000. After the upper beam is leveled and adjusted, the verticality of the straight beam should be checked again.
4. Install the upper and lower guide shoes of the car, and fill the gap between the guide rail and the guide shoe with a plug to fix the car frame. Install the car safety clamp and guide shoe car frame fixation
5. Place the car fixed chassis on the lower beam, pad it with four sets of pads and calibrate it. The horizontal deviation of its plane should not exceed 2/1000.
For freight elevators, use a fixed car bottom. First, lay the car bottom flat on the lower beam, adjust its position to make it uniform, then install the car inclined tie rod, adjust the tie rod nut, so that the horizontal deviation of the bottom plate is not more than 2/1000. After meeting the requirements, tighten the nuts. For the gap between the car bottom and the lower beam, use the corresponding plug to pad it, and then tighten the nuts.
If a movable car bottom structure is used, the car bottom bracket should be installed first. After the position is evenly distributed, place the shock-absorbing rubber pad, place the car bottom flat on the shock-absorbing rubber pad of the bracket, and adjust the car tie rod so that the horizontal deviation of the car bottom does not exceed 2/1000. In addition, according to the specific situation, place appropriate gaskets between the gaps between the four shock-absorbing rubber pads and the car bottom, and then tighten them with bolts. In addition, the top screws when the car bottom sinks to the lowest point should be installed on the car bottom bracket.
6. Assembling the car wall
The assembly order of the car wall is to assemble the rear wall first, then the side wall, and then the front wall.
The installation of the car wall should comply with the specifications, and its verticality deviation should not be greater than 1/1000, and the flatness deviation should be less than 1mm. In addition to the front and back and left and right dimensions, special attention should be paid to the fact that a fixing bolt cannot be missing when assembling the car wall to reduce the sound between the car wall during the operation of the elevator.
