The frame is the main load-bearing part of the car, which is composed of columns, bottom beams, top beams and struts. The car body is composed of the car bottom plate, car wall, car top, etc.
Car settings: Generally, the car is equipped with some or all of the following devices, a button operation box for operating the elevator; a car indicator board that displays the direction and position of the elevator; an alarm, telephone or intercom system for communication; ventilation equipment such as fans or exhaust fans; lighting fixtures to ensure sufficient lighting; a nameplate marked with the elevator's rated load, rated passenger capacity, and the name of the elevator manufacturer or the corresponding identification mark; a power supply and a key switch with or without driver operation, etc.
During the operation of the elevator, the length of the wire rope on the car side and the counterweight side and the accompanying cable under the car is constantly changing. As the positions of the car and counterweight change, the total weight will be distributed alternately to both sides of the traction sheave. In order to reduce the load difference borne by the traction sheave in the elevator transmission and improve the traction performance of the elevator, a compensation device should be used.
